Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential clients using lead generation tools and database
• Conduct daily cold calls and personalized email outreach
• Engage prospects across international markets
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business relevance
• Track response rates and improve outreach effectiveness

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM systems
• Schedule follow-ups and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
• Monitor pipeline movement and update opportunity stages

Account Research & Sales Support

• Conduct detailed research to identify decision-makers
• Understand client pain points and align solutions accordingly
• Deliver product or service presentations when required
• Support negotiation discussions and contribute toward monthly closures

• 0–3 years of experience in IT Sales or Lead Generation
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and lead generation tools
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
• Good analytical and research abilities
• Basic understanding of SaaS, IT services, or enterprise solutions
• Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
