Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are subject to and interpreted in accordance with the legal framework of India, specifically the state of Karnataka. Any disagreements or claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Where legally permissible, disputes may also be addressed through arbitration or other lawful alternative resolution mechanisms.

Pattem Digital may revise these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant updates, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other referenced agreements, form the complete agreement between you and Pattem Digital regarding the Service. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid. Pattem Digital is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural events or system outages.
