Job Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of integrations with the WhatsApp Business Platform to ensure seamless communication across systems.
Build and manage real-time messaging workflows, chatbots, and automated response systems for customer engagement.
Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, and Engineering to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations to maintain reliability, performance, and compliance with platform guidelines.
Ensure secure and synchronized data flow between messaging systems and other enterprise applications.
Create and maintain clear documentation and integration guides to support internal teams and stakeholders.
Work with partners and external solution providers to resolve technical issues and implement best practices.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance messaging workflows, automation, and customer experience.

Skills Required

3–7 years in software development, with 2–3 years focused on messaging or conversational platform integrations.
Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API), including message handling, Webhooks, template management, and authentication protocols.
Strong backend development with Node.js, Python, or Java, and database experience with SQL/NoSQL systems.
Experience with RESTful/GraphQL APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices.
Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, Flutter, React Native) for seamless integration with UI.
Knowledge of building conversational flows, chatbots, and automated messaging systems.
Experience integrating APIs with CRM, ERP, or marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance messaging solutions, while monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Adaptable, self-motivated, and continuously learning emerging technologies, including AI-driven chat automation and NLP.
Nice to have the experience with AI/NLP frameworks like Dialogflow or Rasa.
Good to have the exposure for real-time communication platforms such as Twilio, Firebase, or SignalR.
